When the Hsinchu Wind Blows Towards the Old Capital: A Musical Dialogue Between Two Cities
"When the winds of Hsinchu blow toward the Old Capital, melodies flow and converge."
This concert centers on the spirit of cultural exchange. By bringing together the Tainan City Traditional Orchestra and the Hsinchu Youth Chinese Orchestra—two of Taiwan’s most representative ensembles—it symbolizes the intersection and resonance of Chinese music culture from the North and South. Through this trans-regional musical flow and shared stage, the diverse facets of contemporary Chinese music are brought to life, creating a richer sonic landscape and a broader artistic vision.
